Access2Leaders Externship Program

The College’s Access2Leaders Externship Program connects outstanding students in the College with highly successful alumni to foster students’ career success and leadership potential. Over the course of a semester or summer, students shadow alumni for a total of 16 hours, scheduled at the convenience of alumni. The program, piloting in fall 2009, builds on the College’s highly successful Access2Alumni event by offering ongoing opportunities for highly motivated students to explore careers in depth and connect with professionally successful alumni.
