For the final installment in this year’s AMST Brown Bag Series, we are hosting a roundtable discussion by AMST grad students, Jessica Walker, Izetta Mobley, Ilyas Abukar, and Kalima Young.  This will be a discussion aimed at understanding afropessimism and the state of other studies (Black, African American, Indigenous, Ethnic, African Diaspora) in relation to the interdisciplinary training of American Studies.  Please stop in for a lively discussion and feel free to bring a snack or your lunch.
