Visit
We encourage you to visit the University while you are in the application and/or selection process. Please be sure to contact individual departments to find out whether they have special events or dates for meeting prospective students. Remember to contact the department as far in advance as possible so that they can be helpful to you in arranging meetings with faculty or other graduate students.
The College of Arts and Humanities has a limited pool of funds to help bring in promising applicants for campus visits. Each department may request funds to support a certain number of candidates. Please be sure to indicate on your personal statement if you are particularly interested in being considered for funding to visit campus. The department will apply for funds on your behalf.
