Fellowships & Grants Archive Database

To support graduate students’ efforts to obtain funding for their work and research at the University of Maryland, the Graduate School has linked with the Community of Science (COS), which provides a searchable database of fellowships and grants in all academic disciplines. Students can search for funding for a variety of needs, including research, stipend support, and travel to meetings or conferences. Click here for information on the COS database from the Graduate School’s website

Please note that the COS database is very extensive and is searchable by a number of criteria. In order to search by academic discipline, you need to use the “keywords” feature. Click here for instructions on using the database.

The Fellowships & Grants Database on the ARHU website will be discontinued on April 1, 2012. We encourage students to begin taking advantage of the more extensive COS database. Best of luck in your funding search!

To search for fellowships and grants with upcoming deadlines, search in "Available Fellowships & Grants" tab.
