Technology Services are provided for faculty and staff by Academic Computing Services (ACS), a unit within the College of Arts and Humanities. ACS consists of:
- Academic Technology
Supports teaching and research with educational technologies such as ELMS, wikis, blogs, digital media, and more. - Classroom Support
Provides support for technology in the classroom and loans computer and AV equipment (laptops, projectors) to Arts and Humanities faculty teaching in non-equipped classrooms. - Technical Services
Provides user support and hardware support, including configuration and troubleshooting of PCs and Macs, connections to College fileservers and campus systems (e.g., electronic mail), and recommendations for department computing purchases. - Web & Application Services
Delivers custom applications for departments seeking specific web functionalities
