What is Blogger?
Blogger is a free blog publishing system owned by Google.
What does Blogger do?
Blogger allows you to create a blog using either a preformatted template or by customizing your own layout and style with HTML and CSS.
Because Blogger is owned by Google, you can sign up with your Google account information. To create a blog post, either log-in to Blogger's site and write your post there, or blog on the go from your cell phone, email, or your internet browser's toolbar.
If you want to add photos to your blog, Blogger's integration with Google Picasa provides seamless publishing of photos from your Picasa albums directly to your blog. Furthermore, you can restrict access to your blog, so only the people you invite can see it.
