Classroom Support Equipment Request

You can request equipment or support for an installed technology classroom using this Web form. Exactly which support you receive depends on the location of your class or event, and the department or college in which you teach.  Submitting the request form is not a guarantee of reservation of equipment.

If the nature of your request makes it difficult for you to complete this form, you may also send us an e-mail at arhu-itequip@umd.edu.  When sending an e-mail, please include your name, phone number, the course number or name of the event for which you need the equipment, and the date, time and location of the class or event. If you are requesting a computer, please also tell us what operating system you prefer (Windows or Macintosh), and whether or not you will require internet access.  

After your request has been received, ARHU Classroom Support will review you request within two business days.  We will send you a confirmation of your reservation status upon review. Please submit your request at least one full business day in advance, or ideally as far in advance of your class session or event as possible.  For those rooms where cart support is available, we will make every effort to ensure delivery of the cart by the start of your class. Loose equipment is provided on a first-come, first-served basis to individuals teaching within the College of Arts and Humanities.
