Faculty,
staff, and graduate assistants in the College of Arts and Humanities
may use this form to request Microsoft CDs for installation
of software at home as supported by the Work-at-Home portion
of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. CDs must be returned
to the Arts and Humanities Computing Services office within
48 hours. A member of the Computing Services staff will
contact you to confirm your request and to let you know when
the CDs will be available for your use. Please read the
terms of the Work-at-Home portion of the Microsoft agreement
