Using Microsoft PhotoDraw v2 (Office 2000)
Cropping and Saving Image Files for Use on the Web

1. Launch PhotoDraw

2. Open file
File Menu > Open (or Visual Open to see thumbnail previews.)

4. Click the "Crop Size" Button, Crop by Shape option. (You can also use the Tools Menu > Crop by Shape option.)

5. Select the square shape, click and drag on picture to highlight the area that you want to keep. Use the handle bars to adjust the size. Click in the middle to move the selected area.

6. Click the finish button when you are satisfied with the crop area.
