Now you have to size the file appropriately for your webpage.

Typical Monitor Resolutions
640x480 screen resolution: 72dpi, 600 x 300 after menus
832x624 screen resolution: 72dpi, 765 x 420 after menus
1024x768 screen resolution: 72dpi, 980 x 580 after menus
A typical picture on an average screen is less the ~700 x 500. A typical thumbnail is less that ~150 x ~150. You have to decide based on your own web design. If you want more detail then you can put a much larger file but your user will have to use the arrows to move around the picture.

Here are some Examples:

Ladies 150x100 Ladies 500x332 Ladies 723x480 Ladies 875x580

7. Use Arrange Menu > Resize
8. The units should be set to "Pixels"
9. Enter the desired width or height. With "Maintain Proportions" checked the other value will change automatically.
