Open Files that you want to combine
1. File Menu > Open...
2. Point to the directory that holds your images.
3. Hold the shirt key and select the desired images. Click the "open" button.

 
In this example we are going to isolate one of the figures and place her on the beach scene.

1. Start with ladies.jpg. Use the Window menu to select it if it is not visible.
2. Activate the "Navigator" window by using the View Menu > Navigator.
3. Use the arrow slider to zoom in and move the red box to focus on one of the ladies.

Use the Polygonal Lasso to roughly select the lady. Don't worry about getting it perfect. We'll clean up the selection.
