Stage Two: Building Pages
- Gather resources: scan images, capture video, sound
- Use development tool to create pages
- Follow file naming rules:
- Web page files must end it .html or .html
- No spaces or special characters in the file names, ie: @, *, / . \ (you can use _ or -)
- Dont use complicated directory structures.
- Make a directory (or folder) for the course and put all files you will be using for your web pages in this folder. Breaking things into subdirectories (of folders) can cause problems with some of the simpler development tools such as Netscape Composer.
Stage Three: Testing
- Test and revise yourself
- Have others test your work
Stage Four: Load files on the Web
Stage Five: Share your Web Site with your Intended Audience
Stage Six: Ongoing updates
