B.A., Dance and English, Muhlenberg College

Kelsey Eustace was the marketing communications coordinator for the School of Music for over three years before starting her current role as assistant director of marketing for the College of Arts and Humanities in April of 2022. Eustace came to the University of Maryland from the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County, Maryland, where she was promoted to numerous roles in marketing, communications, administration and operations over the span of almost five years. Concurrently, she served as the chair of the City of Laurel Arts Council from its founding in 2017 through the conclusion of her three-year appointment in 2020. In this role, Eustace led the all-volunteer council, established sub-committees for organization, facilitated monthly meetings, liaised with the local press, planned art block fairs and assisted with community art projects including a mosaic mural for the Laurel pool and a painted clay tile bench for the park.

Eustace graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and dance while also fulfilling the requirements for a minor in creative writing. She became a member of Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society for the liberal arts and sciences her junior year and Omicron Delta Kappa leadership society her senior year. For all four years of her undergraduate studies, Eustace worked as the marketing dance coordinator for the Theatre and Dance Department. Eustace recently earned a Master of Science in management with a specialization in marketing from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She completed graduate courses in marketing, finance, statistics and strategic management. With a 4.0 GPA, she was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi multidisciplinary honor society for academic achievement and Alpha Mu Alpha honor society for marketing, which is affiliated with the American Marketing Association. 

Prior experience includes serving on the at-large committee for Emerging Arts Leaders DC and completing internships at Joy of Motion Dance Center and the Kennedy Center's Education Department through the DeVos Institute of Arts Management before it moved to the University of Maryland. A fierce advocate of arts education, Eustace taught dance for over ten years. Eustace's current interests include reading, swimming, lifelong learning and disability advocacy. In October of 2023, Eustace was featured on the University of Maryland Disability Awareness Month Podcast, where she shared her experience living and working with invisible disability and chronic pain.
