Making DC Sizzle: A Celebration of Washington's Creative Innovators

The Humanities Council of Washington DC honors Professor Ira Berlin for his distinguished service to the humanties.

Honorees include historian Ira Berlin, Founder of DC Jazz Festival Charles Fishman, Founder of Washington International Film Festival Tony Gittens, Founder of the Pink Line Project Philippa Hughes, CEO of WETA Sharon Percy Rockefeller, Artistic Director of Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company Howard Shalwitz.  Moderated by Kojo Nnandi. Tickets are $100 per person.
