WHAT:
A tribute conference presented by UMD’s Gildenhorn Institute for Israel Studies celebrates the 90th birthday of renowned historian and public intellectual Walter Laqueur by convening top scholars to discuss topics related to the Holocaust, anti-Semitism, Zionism, terrorism, and other fields, all of which have been enriched by Laqueur’s work over many years. Media will have access immediately following the event. Conference Agenda: Tuesday, March 88:30 – 9 AM: Registration and Continental Breakfast
