"MilkBoy ArtHouse: This restaurant, performance space and art gallery opens Tuesday in College Park. The venue, which is a partnership between the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, Philadelphia restaurant group MilkBoy and University of Maryland Foundation Board of Trustees, is located at 7416 Baltimore Ave.

"The venue has a restaurant and a lounge that can accommodate performances with audiences of up to 100 on the first floor, and a 3,200-square-foot venue on the second floor that can accommodate up to 400 for both standing and seated performances. The second floor also has a gallery space, and there are four bars located throughout. MilkBoy and the performing arts center will jointly program the space."
