7th Annual Social Enterprise Symposium

College of Arts and Humanities Friday, February 27, 2015 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Adele H. Stamp Student Union,

The 7th Annual Social Enterprise Symposium (SES) is created and hosted by the Center for Social Value Creation, the Symposium covers a range of topics from sustainability to social entrepreneurship.

This year, we’re delighted to welcome academic allies from the School of Public Policy, Arts & Humanities, Behavioral and Social Sciences, Agriculture & Natural Resources, and the Academy for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, as co-hosts of this campus-wide event. SES attracts students and faculty from all disciplines, as well as entrepreneurs, nonprofit and corporate leaders, philanthropists, and the local community.

Additionally, the 2015 Symposium will take place as part of the 2015 AshokaU Exchange (Feb. 26-28) - an international convening on social entrepreneurship in higher education. As the 2015 host University of Maryland will welcome students, faculty, and “changeleaders” from across the nation.
