College of Arts and Humanities Tuesday, February 7, 2012 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm Tawes Hall, 1121 Ulrich Recital Hall
Dean Thornton Dill will provide college updates followed by remarks by UMD's Chief Diversity Officer Dr. Kumea Shorter-Gooden regarding the university's plan for excellence in diversity and inclusion.

The ARHU Collegiate Council welcomes faculty, staff and students to the Annual College Forum on Tuesday, February 7 from 3 p.m-5:30pm in Tawes Hall’s Ulrich Recital Hall. The university community is invited to come together to speak with Dean ThorntonDill about challenges and opportunities facing the College of Arts and Humanities, especially in light of tight budgets and changes in leadership on campus.

Dr. Kumea Shorter-Gooden, Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Vice President, will also speak on her new role and the university's plan for excellence in diversity and inclusion.

This event is free and open to all.
