Undergraduate

Welcome to the College of Arts and Humanities! With 14 academic units, 26 majors, 28 minors, six certificate programs, two flagship programs and five living-learning programs, we offer students the best of both worlds: a small liberal arts school experience within a large research university.

Studying the arts and humanities will open your eyes, your ears, your mind and your heart to new perspectives on the world’s wondrous variety. It will help you learn how to live a rich, generous and meaningful life as a citizen of your local community and of a larger, global society. Our goal for you is to BE WORLDWISE—Bonnie Thornton Dill, Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities
