Eason's Honors Humanities Keystone research put on display by the city of Gaithersburg.

The city of Gaithersburg showcases Emily Eason's award-winning Honors Humanities keystone project research during Hispanic Heritage Month. Visitors are invited to explore Gaithersburg’s Latinx community through Eason's educational display depicting an anthropological analysis of the life stages of 1.5 Generation Latinx immigrants in Gaithersburg. The display describes ways Latinx adolescents hold on to their culture and share it with the Gaithersburg community. This event is sponsored by the Multicultural Affairs Committee in collaboration with the Gaithersburg Community Museum.
